Breakfast Ideas:
- Microwave egg in ramekin (use Pam spray)
- Make an English muffin sandwich or mix with vegetables and ham from a salad bar

- Overnight oats
- Fruit, 2 cheese sticks, nuts
- Yogurt parfait
Lunch Ideas:
- Turkey sandwich with cheese, lettuce, and tomato
- Low sodium canned soup with crackers
- Crackers, cheese, salami, fruit
- Yogurt, fruit, nuts
- Microwave Mac and cheese
Dinner Ideas:
- Microwave rice w/ canned beans
- Add cheese, lettuce, and prepared pico di gallo as a topping
- Kashi or Amys frozen meal and low sodium canned veggies
- Homemade tuna, chicken, or pasta salad
- Microwave baked potato
- Frozen spring rolls
