Get to know Jillian:
What Can I expect when working with you?
- During an initial visit, I want to get to know you a bit. Yes, we will talk about why you came to see me, but I also want to start developing a professional relationship right off the bat. Issues with food often run so deep, and in order to make progress, I believe developing trust is so important.
If you were stuck on a dessert island what would you want?
- If I were on a desert island, I would take watermelon (very hydrating, never get tired of it), peanut butter (good fat and protein source), and chocolate (to go with the peanut butter). I would take Les Miserables to read because it’s crazy long and that might be the only time in my life I’d have enough time to actually finish it.
