Zoe Halbert is a registered dietitian, licensed in the state of Texas passionate about helping people create healthy relationships with food and body.

She graduated from the University of Texas in Austin, with a Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Science and completed 1200 hours of supervised practice through the University's Coordinated Program in Dietetics.
She has experience with Medical Nutrition Therapy, Eating Disorders, Diabetes, and Food Allergies/Intolerances. Zoe currently works as a dietitian at Insight Behavioral Health in Round Rock, TX, working with mental health and nutrition.
Through her internship, Zoe discovered her passion for working with eating disorders and disordered relationships with food. She wants to help patients meet their physical and emotional needs surrounding food in a way that is sustainable and fits both their values and lifestyle. Her goal is to help others make peace with food to live more full and joyful lives. Austin is home to Zoe and in her free time she enjoys yoga, rock climbing, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
