Margaret is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian practicing in Austin, Texas. She earned Masters and Bachelors Degrees at the University of Texas at Austin.
Margaret loves food and is passionate about teaching others about the benefits of food and what it can do FOR them. She has experience working with athletes, families, Gastrointestinal health, disordered eating, cardiovascular health, and much more.

When not working, Margaret enjoys running with friends, doing things outside with her 4 kids, or making endless amounts of muffins!

Are there good and bad foods?
- I LOVE food and believe that a healthy relationship with food is far more important for one’s health than any particular foods in and of themselves. Unless we are talking about taste and food preferences, there are no good or bad foods.
If you had a super power what would it be?
- The ability to snap my fingers and be dressed and ready for the day! Morning routines seem so time consuming!
