Group Nutrition Programs
Group collaboration is powerful in achieving forward progress in your health. We are thrilled to offer some options for you that can be done solely in group or alongside your individual sessions with one of our RDN practitioners. Each group session is offered in the Central Austin office for $50 each.
In many instances, insurance will cover the cost. Call or email us to inquire about insurance coverage.

The Adult Body Image Group is an 8-week group for teens (18-25).
The goal of this group is to educate and bring awareness to young adults on what influences our relationship with our body, learn helpful tools and skills to improve body image, and find ways to navigate one's individual body image journey. This group is made to be a supportive and safe place to discuss and share, as well as to encourage one another to think further beyond their body and seek self worth internally.
The group is designed to have both education and frequent group participation. Clients will participate in discussions and activities, such answering writing/drawing prompts and watching short videos.
