Get to Know Renee:
If you had a super power what would it be?
- I totally wish I could Apparate (like in Harry Potter)! I hate long road trips or long commutes. I just want to get where I’m going.
What should I expect during my initial visit with you?
- I want to know everything! I want to know why you’re here, I want to know about your relationship with food, and I want to hear what your goals are for your time with me. This is also our time to get to know each other and make sure you will be comfortable working with me.
Are there good and bad foods?
- I don’t believe foods are either good or bad. Food is food. All food serves a purpose in our lives. I believe learning to trust your body to tell you what food it wants and needs is more important than learning a list of forbidden foods.
