Julia received her BS in Nutritional Sciences at Penn State and completed her dietetic internship at Emory University. Julia began her career as an inpatient clinical dietitian and moved on to become an outpatient renal dietitian. After moving from her native New York, Julia lived in Atlanta and Los Angeles before settling in Austin.

In her free time, Julia favors activities that elevate her heart rate and challenge her physical strength. She also enjoys baking; cinnamon rolls are her specialty!

- There is no simple answer or solution as we are all individuals and what might work for one person may not work for another. It’s important to stay curious and be open to new ideas.

- Empathy.
