Ellie Stamerjohn is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian practicing in the Dallas, Texas area. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from The University of Mississippi in Oxford, Mississippi. She went on to complete her dietetic internship and earn a Master of Science degree in Dietetics from Mount Mary University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

She began her career as a dietitian at a nutrition private practice in Richardson, Texas that specializes in polycystic ovary syndrome, eating disorders, and sports nutrition. Additionally, she holds a PRN clinical dietitian position at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas where she works in oncology, trauma, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, intensive care, and general medicine adult care units. She still holds this position and works a few days a month to stay current on her clinical knowledge. Both experiences helped Ellie put her training into practice and improve her skills as a dietitian in both the inpatient and outpatient settings.
Ellie is passionate about providing easy-to-digest nutrition information that empowers others to make positive changes in their life. Ellie's goal is to clear up confusion within the nutrition space, dismantle diet culture, and help individuals improve their relationship with food and their body.
