Taylor is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian practicing in Austin, Texas. She received her undergraduate degree in Nutrition & Food and her graduate degree in Human Nutrition from Texas State University, which is where she also went on to complete her Dietetic Internship.
Taylor fell in love with nutrition because she first fell in love with food and all that it represents. Her nutrition philosophy is that a nutritious and healthy lifestyle looks unique to every individual based on their needs, preferences, and lifestyle. She takes a health at every size approach with each individual and has an ultimate goal of helping them find a healthy lifestyle is the energizing, life-giving, convenient, and sustainable.
With both clinical and outpatient experience, Taylor is drawn to an outpatient setting where she can meet clients where they are at and offer the kind of support and guidance they desire so they can feel their best.
In her free time, Taylor can be found walking the trail around Lady Bird Lake, trying new restaurants around the city, reading, or trying out a new recipe in her kitchen.
