Laurel is a Registered Dietitian practicing in Houston, Texas. She earned her undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin in Nutrition and completed her dietetic internship at Bradley University. Laurel began her career as a community dietitian at Houston Food bank providing nutrition education and culinary nutrition classes within the community.
She then transitioned to corporate wellness and 1:1 nutrition counseling. Laurel enjoys working together with her clients to come up with short term steps that lead to long term health goals, and her passion is to help clients cultivate a healthy relationship with food to live more joyful lives. In her free time, Laurel enjoys gardening, baking, and trying new restaurants within the Houston area.
