Siggi’s Blueberry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 cup siggi’s 0% Plain skyr
1/2 cup teechia Blueberry Date
1 cup blueberries, frozen
1/2 medium banana
1/2-1 cup coconut water, depending on how thick you like your smoothie
1 Tbs honey, optional
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth for a delicious breakfast on the go or as a post workout snack!
