But where to start?- Take a minute to think these things though.
Develop a plan
Be reasonable this is a lifestyle change – it may take time to be comfortable will new habits
Set goals – be careful goals can be good and bad; remember there is no end to the program, reaching a goal is not a stopping point!
Seek professional help – select a group of professional to help… build your “Pro-Team Partners”
