Summer Charcuterie Board
It’s summertime and too hot to cook or turn on the oven here in Austin, Texas. One of my favorite things to do for dinner when it’s hot and no one is feeling like cooking, is to put together a charcuterie board! This allows everyone to put together their favorite flavors, have a variety of options, and the best part…not cooking!
As a dietitian in Austin Texas, having an easy diner to put together for a family that is balanced is always one of my top goals. In this blog I hope to show you how to build a dinner-worthy charcuterie board with ideas for what to put on a cheese and charcuterie board and some of my favorite choices to add to this board.
This month I put together some amazing goat cheese from the Mozzarella Cheese Company.
