Chrissy is a Registered Dietitian with a Master of Science in Human Nutrition. She received her undergraduate degree in Business Management from Texas State University.
After working a few years in the corporate world, Chrissy returned back to school for an additional 4 ½ years to pursue her dream and passion to serve others in the field of nutrition. Chrissy received her Master of Science in Human Nutrition from Texas State University and completed her dietetic internship in Austin, TX at a wide variety of settings including Heart Hospital, Dell Seton Medical Center, Women Infants and Children Clinic, Austin Independent School District, and Central Texas Food Bank.
Chrissy utilizes a combination of intuitive eating with a holistic and whole foods based approach to health. At the same time, Chrissy helps client incorporate realistic and sustainable habits for overall improved wellness. One-on-one nutrition coaching is one of Chrissy’s preferred settings, as she enjoys taking the time to get to know each client and how to best serve them on their wellness journey.
