Yoga and Meal Support Group

  Body acceptance and learning to listen to hunger cues are two challenging areas of eating disorder recovery. iLiveWell Nutrition has partnered with Anna Lively, RYT 200 to bring our clients this special program designed to improve body image, hone the skills we need to listen to our bodies when it comes to hunger and fullness and provide meal support in a judgement-free environment. Each group will run for 4 consecutive weeks and is limited to 5 participants. Please come dressed in clothing that allows you to move. Refrigerator and microwaves available on site.

Get to know Anna:
Anna Lively is a yoga therapist specializing in therapeutic yoga for people who are struggling with positive self-image and worthiness in today’s culture. Her life is dedicated to authentic, positive transformation and believes that our own personal and spiritual growth is the key to changing our world for the better. Anna has practiced yoga for 19 years, holds a 200-hour Yoga Alliance teaching certificate and is currently pursuing the 500-hour Advanced Teacher of Therapeutic Yoga through Integrative Yoga Therapy. She is also a certified facilitator of the Embody Love Movement's Inner Beauty Shop TM.

Foundations Class

This class is specially designed for all iLiveWell clients to better understand their connection to food and self. How to register The class will begin on October 7th and go for 4 weeks and end on October 28th. We strongly recommend that you attend each class because to information build each week. The instructor, Rebecca Hamm, LPC, SHP, known as Halima to many, is an intuitive teacher, healer, and guide with over 22 years of service.She brings a transformative energy to her work, which has allowed her to connect to and deeply resonate with her audience in a way that is both compelling and magnetic. Rebecca holds a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University at Los Angeles and has an LPC license in the state of Texas. Her diverse background includes years of training, certifications, and experiences in a diversity of fields and professions The curriculum is designed in such a way that each module builds upon the previous one allowing students to build resiliency, a capacity for awareness, and the ability to transform what is taught into a life that is fully lived and felt on all levels! Whatever situation you’re in, it can be hard to keep up with or start a new fitness routine. We all need new motivators to keep our butts in gear. To help, Austin Simply Fit is here to ignite your passion for fitness with a new 30-day Kickstarter Program!
