Biena Snacks Rockin’ Ranch Chickpea Salad

Salads are a great way to incorporate more vegetables into your diet, but often times they can be boring. Spice up your salad by using Biena Chickpea Snacks as a salad topper! These roasted chickpea snacks are non-GMO, gluten free, and an excellent source of protein and fiber. Use them in place of croutons to add more protein and fiber to your dish.

Recipe:

  • Spring mix and your choice of vegetables
  • Biena ‘Rockin Ranch’ Chickpea Snacks
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Just combine these ingredients and enjoy!
