Adrien Paczosa is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian practicing in Austin, Texas and the surrounding counties. Adrien is also a Certified Eating Disorders Registered Dietitian (CEDRD). Adrien began her path towards nutrition through her falling down. She has been a dancing since age 2 and in college was a Kilgore College Rangerette. During a practice she took a fall and broke her foot, and that sparked the ideas of needing a new direction in her life. After graduating in 2003 from the University of Illinois – Chicago with a bachelor of science degree in Human Nutrition, Adrien began her carrier as a staff dietitian at hospital in downtown Chicago. She was promoted to the hospital’s Director of Food Service and Nutrition and was responsible for all food preparation as well as patient nutritional care. While working at her clinical job, Adrien maintained her passion for movement by working as a personal trainer and nutrition coach in downtown Chicago. In 2006, Adrien returned to Texas to be close to family, friends, and warmer weather! She opened her private practice, I Live Well Nutritional Therapy in 2007 and it has only continued to grow. To date, iLiveWell Nutrition Therapy has multiple locations, contracts with numerous corporations and treatment centers, and currently employes five dietitians. “Creating better access to dietitians!” has been one of the driving forces of Adrien’s company.

Kailyn Jopling is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian practicing in the Austin, Texas area. Kailyn was born and raised in upstate New York and received her undergraduate degree in Nutrition from Syracuse University. After working as a clinical dietitian at Bellevue Hospital, a trauma and psychiatric hospital in New York City, Kailyn decided to go back to school to further her passion in nutrition. Kailyn received her Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from New York University, and soon after decided to relocate to Austin, Texas, where she currently lives with her husband, two dogs and new baby girl. Kailyn spent her past 3 years in Austin working as a Program Dietitian and Nutrition Manager at an eating disorder treatment center and now wants to continue to help people find a healthy relationship with food at iLiveWell. Kailyn believes balance, variety, and moderation are the foundation for a happy and healthy nutrition plan and enjoys helping people meet their own nutrition goals.

Alyssa Ferguson is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian practicing in the Austin, Texas area. She earned her undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin. She began her career as the sole Dietitian at Seton Medical Center in Hays County which included Adult critical care nutrition. She then transitioned into the role of Network Support Dietitian, traveling between all sites within the Seton Network to ensure patients receive optimal nutrition care. Alyssa has a great passion for pediatrics and is now the pediatric ICU Dietitian at Dell Children’s Medical Center. Along with pediatric critical care, she works with children with failure to thrive, eating disorders, tube feedings, newly diagnosed diabetics, weight management, gastrointestinal issues, age appropriate feedings, healthy eating patterns, along with many others. Alyssa joined iLiveWell Nutrition for her passion for working with eating disorders and to help patients/clients achieve their goals on more of an outpatient basis while following them over a longer period of time. Outside of work, Alyssa’s greatest love are her dogs, Chewy and Barney. She enjoys helping rescue dogs in need of a home and has been an active volunteer with PugHearts of Houston rescue group. In her free time she likes participating in outdoor activities such as kickball, paddle boarding and running at Lady Bird Lake. She also really enjoys spending time practicing yoga.

Bridget Levien is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian practicing in Austin, TX. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Texas A&M and completed her supervised practice in Austin through the University of Houston’s Distance Dietetic Program. Bridget’s first degree was in accounting and she worked in Austin as a tax account for several years before following her passion for nutrition and health. She sees patients at St. David’s Medical Center in rehab and the acute setting providing diet educations for diabetes, cardiovascular health, kidney disease, and many more as well as tube feedings. She joined iLiveWell Nutrition so she could spend more time with patients, helping them to implement positive lifestyle changes to improve their health. In her free time, Bridget loves to get outside on the trails in Austin, go for a run, or try new recipes.

Rachael is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian practicing in Austin, Texas. After completing her undergraduate education at The Ohio State University and her Dietetic Internship at Mount Carmel College of Nursing in Columbus, Ohio, Rachael started her career as a clinical dietitian with Austin State Hospital, specializing in Children and Adolescent Psychiatric Services, Specialty Services, and Adult Psychiatric Services. Rachael then served as the Lead Dietitian for Integral Care, working to improve the lives of adults and children living with mental illness, substance abuse disorder, and intellectual and developmental disabilities in Travis county. Rachael’s enthusiasm for health and wellness stems from her own experiences on her journey to a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle. Rachael strives to provide the support, education, and encouragement you might need to feel your best physically, mentally and emotionally. Active in the Austin community as the Secretary and Outreach Chair for Central Texas Eating Disorder Specialists, and member of The Austin Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Rachael is dedicated to helping others. Rachael enjoys exploring Austin with her husband and their dog, Rogue.

Katie Hardison is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist practicing in Austin, TX. Due to her parents’ jobs growing up, her family moved to many different cities and states, but Austin was always home. Her first degree was a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from the University of Texas at Austin, however after working for a few years for a healthcare company in Seattle, WA, she discovered her true passion for nutrition. While completing her second degree, a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, and her supervised practice through the Coordinated Program in Dietetics at UT – Austin, Katie discovered her second passion to help LGBTQ people receive competent nutritional care. As a member of the LGBTQ community herself, she recognizes the needs of the population in accessing adequate healthcare. Her nutrition philosophy is that all food can be healthy. Katie’s pronouns are She/Her/Hers. She lives in Austin with her sister, her dog nephew, and her cat nephew. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, bingeing TV shows, and going hiking with friends. Maria is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian who was born and raised in Central Texas. Shortly after getting a degree in International Business and Spanish from Trinity University, she realized this was not her calling. She took a course in nutrition and knew that was the path she needed to be on. She went on to obtain her Masters of Human Nutrition from the University of Alabama and completed her dietetic internship through Sodexo. She has since worked in various areas, which includes helping collegiate athletes maximize their performance and working with the low income population in disease management. When not focusing on nutrition, Maria enjoys running, traveling and cooking new recipes. She believes that food is the framework for our happiness and through proper nutrition many, if not all, issues can be resolved.
