iLiveWell Nutrition Therapy, a private practice of Registered Dietitians based in Austin, TX, has an opportunity for an outstanding Registered Dietitian. iLiveWell is one of the largest and fastest-growing practices in the country and has a world-class team of dietitians that provide nutritional therapy to many different types of patients. Our mission is to create affordable access to high-quality nutritional counseling for all Americans, which is why our practice accepts insurance and takes pride in seeing patients via telehealth and in-person. We are looking for a candidate who cares deeply about helping patients and is excited about the mission of expanding access to evidence-based nutritional therapy. We are seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with experience across a range of specialties, with preference to experience in diabetic counseling, eating disorders, general nutrition counseling, adolescent and pediatric care, oncology, and Spanish-speaking.

Job Description:

• Initially will be part-time virtual nutrition counseling during training, will move into full-time position with virtual sessions
• Provide evidence-based nutrition counseling and medical nutrition therapy utilizing an intuitive eating approach and HAES
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation of client care
• Coordinate care with other providers as needed
• Perform relevant administrative tasks
• Create and maintain professional relationships with other providers to ensure referrals and an excellent reputation in the community
• Initially part-time, with training during the first few weeks. The client load will build up over time, increasing once you are in-network with insurance companies and comfortable with a larger patient load
• The position will include providing web-based telehealth services and program development opportunities

Qualifications:

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
• Space at home to conduct HIPAA compliant telehealth including a reliable computer / internet connection

Preferred Qualifications:

• May work remotely from anywhere, must be licensed in the state of Texas or willing to become licensed in Texas (an easy process)
• Knowledge and experience in working with at least one of the following: eating disorders, mental health, addictions, HAES and Intuitive Eating approach, diabetics, adolescents and pediatric, oncology, Spanish-speaking patients

• Be Health at Every Size (HAES) aligned
• Have motivation in helping to grow our practice and improve the American healthcare system
